     Overlooking Highland Woods, a friendly golf community, and just minutes away from beautiful white-sand beaches, shopping venues such as Coconut Point, and restaurants to suit all appetites, this top-floor terrace condo offers everything you need for a relaxing, sunny stay in Southwest Florida.

   Inside the condo, you'll find all the comforts and conveniences of home.  Outside, spend the day at the beach, stretch out by the pool, or tee it up on a beautiful, challenging golf course -- but be home in time to enjoy a spectacular sunset on the lanai!

   Up to seven vacationers can enjoy a restful stay in the light and airy ambiance of our two-bedroom vacation home, which is furnished with a king bed, two twin beds, and twin and double sofa sleepers.  The master suite features an ample walk-in closet, a private bathroom, and HDTV.

   The main living area seamlessly connects the spacious living room to the kitchen, dining area, and screened-in lanai.  In addition to HDTV/DVD, we offer free, high-speed internet access via a wireless router.  

   The kitchen is fully equipped and the bedrooms, bathrooms, and linen closet are well-stocked with sheets, blankets, beach towels, etc.  The in-unit washer and dryer let you come and go as you please.  There's a storage closet to stash your suitcases, and in it you'll find beach chairs and umbrellas waiting for you.

   A $400*  transfer fee entitles monthly or seasonal renters to full use of Highland Woods' championship golf course, tennis courts, fitness center, bocce court, clubhouse dining room and grill, and social events during their stay.   

   The quiet but convenient location offers terrific golf and restaurant options within a short drive, to go along with nearby recreational activities, such as boating, fishing, sailboarding, and sightseeing.  Bonita Springs is conveniently situated between Naples and Fort Myers, allowing easy access to both communities' many beaches, parks, and attractions.  

   Booking, leasing, and check-in are easy.  There are no rental agents or third parties to deal with.
